  • Right to receive fair, unbiased, and transparent research recommendations.
  • Right to know the SEBI registration credentials and NISM qualifications of the Research Analyst.
  • Right to disclosure of any conflict of interest held by the Research Analyst.
  • Right to receive GST invoice for all advisory subscription payments made.
  • Right to file grievances with the firm and escalate to SEBI SCORES portal or SMART ODR portal if unresolved within 30 days.

DO'S for Investors

  • ✔ Always verify SEBI registration credentials before subscribing to advisory services.
  • ✔ Complete your Risk Profiling form honestly to receive suitable calls.
  • ✔ Pay advisory fees ONLY via official corporate bank accounts or secure website gateways.
  • ✔ Read all research disclosures and stop-loss levels carefully before taking trades.
  • ✔ Keep records of payment receipts and correspondence with the Research Analyst.

DON'TS for Investors

  • ✖ DO NOT deal with unregistered individuals or entities claiming high profits.
  • ✖ DO NOT share your Demat login IDs, passwords, or OTPs with anyone.
  • ✖ DO NOT fall for guaranteed return or profit-sharing schemes (they are illegal).
  • ✖ DO NOT transfer advisory fees to personal bank accounts of employees.
  • ✖ DO NOT trade beyond your financial risk capacity.
